Easy and powerful
What do you like best? Everything is around deals (the real thing. For example, in other SWs I used, you first define a contact, then a company, then relate both, then open a deal, and then relate them all. In Pipedrive, you just open the deal and the contacts and companies are defined on the fly if the system "sees" they are new! What do you dislike? I don;t really dislike any part. Love Pipedrive!
What do you like best? Pipedrive is the easiest CRM I've ever used. I implemented it for our management team and it was configured and adopted in 2 weeks. The visual pipeline dashboard is innovative and easy to tell how much volume is in the pipeline. I highly recommend it! What do you dislike? There really isn't anything I dislike. The best Ever
What do you like best? The sync with my Google Apps, Schedule, Contatcts and Mailchimp and the filters. What do you dislike? The price! But I think this is really because of the Brazil's exchange. :P What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I haven't forgotten where I've stopped with a contact anymore.

What do you like best? It keeps everything organized for me & I have access to it on my smartphone too!! What do you dislike? Nothing so far.. Its has been very easy to use.. What do you like best? Emailed reminders are great. It's user friendly. Its capacity is tremendous. What do you dislike? How organisations and employees don't always merge. Recommendations to others considering the product All you could need when managing multi client/prospect projects. Honestly, an ideal tool and partner. Simple, flexible and fun!

What do you like best? simple approach to the idea of a pipeline. its graphical and easy to understand. very well designed, works well on all modern web browsers. low learning curve. very low price. easy to log in and get started. Best CRM ever
What do you like best? Implementation took 1 hour and we started using. The process can be modified as you your thoughts get more refined and you get user feedback. We use it also to other things than customers - works also for development ideas etc! What do you dislike? Currency limitations in reporting platform What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? All round sales measuring tools
