What do you like best? The system is very easy to use. It gives our business a great financial snapshot of our pipeline. We have the ability to make diary notes, comments, schedule events for client calls, emails sms, etc and you can also email clients from within the Pipedrive system. What do you like best? Pipedive is easy to use and it works for me instead of my working for Pipedrive. Even it miss few features I require I still use it and recommend this tool for others.
