OK for an individual, or a lemonade stand...
What do you like best? At first glance, the UI seems intuitive, but it quickly proves otherwise. Being able to drag and drop is nice. Automatically prompts you to create a next step after you complete an activity. That's about it. What do you dislike? Not robust enough to function as an actual CRM. Very buggy UI. What do you like best? I like the fact that the software is very visiual and easy to understand. What do you dislike? It could be a but more clean. Very helpful - to a certain extent
What do you like best? The interface is better than most CRMs and the platform is very flexible and relatively easy to use. What do you dislike? When it comes to more complex usecases Pipedrive can get very complicated and you will need to invest significant time to create workarounds. What business problems are you solving with the product? Great CRM for small business. Fun to use.
What do you like best? After using an Access Database for a while we decided to make the move to an online CRM when Pipedrive was recommended by another startup in our business incubator. Very impressed by the work that has gone in to make it very easy to use. Has pretty much everything we wanted from a CRM which was : 1. Transparent and reasonable pricing. 2. Best Project Management / CRM tool available for Design Agencies
What do you like best? The interface is clean and updates FAST. All of my support inquiries have been addressed in less than 24 hours. What do you dislike? I wish I could get totals on the time/hours spent for a project, per activity category (ie email, call, meeting, task, etc.. What do you like best? The ease of use. In particular I like not having to enter certain information to proceed to another screen. The program can be used from mobile device, tablet, or from a desktop. What do you dislike? pipedrive made life easier :)
What do you like best? I started using PipeDrive in October 2014 to manage our prospects and sales pipeline. In the past we used google docs and several other systems. But i would like to mention since we used pipedrive, the process of managing sales has been improved dramatically. I can easily manage prospects. Focus on sales, not software, choose Pipedrive
What do you like best? Excellent overview of your sales pipeline, easy and FUN to use. Great dashboard to track progress and push sales. What do you dislike? Perfect for management of your business.
What do you like best? I can manage my contacts, which are synchronised with my Google account. Also calendar, drive etc. Mobile app is also great. What do you dislike? On PC I need to be online. What do you like best? funil view is the best on pipedrive. But it also shows tasks on my agenda, and I like that. Another suggestion is the use indicators of success of each offer. It should be able to change across time. Now its is not possible. What do you dislike? It could work better if they have integration with other emails like Zoho - that I use.
