Excellent Software / Service
What do you like best? I like that it helps me concisely organize all my leads based on stages and that it has a significant calendar / activity feature that allows me to stay on track in terms of follow-ups etc. What do you dislike? Simplicity in the age of Salesforce
What do you like best? I like how it is intuitive. When you are effectively running a sales campaign data entry is a very important part. Important but not more important than focusing on spending the most amount of time making contact with prospects. Pipedrive gives an intuitive user experience so adding deals, moving deals and reporting closed deals is very simple with drag and drop functionality. Great and simple CRM
What do you like best? Simplicity and ease of use, it's very user friendly. When it comes to setup it can be done within minutes with no support at all. However when I need the support the answer is within hours always. What do you dislike? During implementaion of new features we lose access to some data, twice we had to ask to restore the data and recently new feature just didn't consider it, nevertheless pipedrive never lost data for good, we always could go back and restore it. ...

Intelligently created and designed product with advanced capabilities available for those who go loo
What do you like best? I like the fact that it's very fast to deploy and that it hides more advanced functionality as you go looking for it. I would also say it's conspicuously good at having the things we need- which was not the case of the 10+ other CRMs/sales pipeline applications we've reviewed in this space (and in some cases used. What do you like best? I like the fact that it takes all of my client information and keeps it at the click of a mouse. all of my notes and pertinent info is all in one place. What do you like best? Pipe drive is holding me accountable to follow up and be proactive with my sales leads. It helps me stay organized What do you dislike? Pipedrive has everything you want and is still user friendly.
What do you like best? I love that you can physically see what stage in the pipeline your leads are at. What do you dislike? We have multiple departments at our company and the "Deals" are universal when you customize them. You cannot create different deal criteria in different pipelines. Best CRM for field sales
What do you like best? Easy to see what i most important tasks to work on. What do you dislike? No integration with voip phone system yet. Recommendations to others considering the product Consider this to manage your lead funnel and then integrate to something else to manage the customer relationship thereafter. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking leads and following them through to become customers.
