What do you like best? I like the porting over of emails, having emails automatically populate in contacts/organization listings is very helpful. Also, I like that the Contacts, Deals, Organizations are actionable links in virtually all areas / pages. What do you like best? The ability to easily view deals along the pipeline What do you dislike? For our business it doesn't really offer much in the way of support features What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Efficient and a great tool to house all CRM data.
What do you like best? Being able to filter leads according to staff members, project and see at a glance what the stats are and where the opportunities lie. What do you dislike? Love Pipedrive and recommend it to anyone
What do you like best? I have used Salesforce along with a few other CRMs and Pipedrive is by far the easiest, least complicated product there is. I wanted something that would be easy for me to navigate, pull reports and manage a team and Pipedrive provides all of those things. I love that I can just pick up a task and drag it to the next. Sales pipeline excellence
What do you like best? Simple dashboard. The email integration and ability to log notes on accounts by including the account on bcc of an email. Export of address lists. Great product for structural working sales people
What do you like best? That I can see in which stages my deals are and that I can set activities for future. This makes life pretty easy. Additionally you can send emails from customers to Pipedrive. What do you dislike? That the close date of a deal cannot be adapted after you have set it to lost or won. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? A lack of knowledge when it comes to knowing the customer and saving information.

Closing Deals have been easier with PipeDrive!
What do you like best? I have heard about Pipedrive CRM and have started to use it recently. But it seems really good to use. Its user friendly and not a complex CRM. Things are easy to remember. I can easily see my tasks which need to work upon. Prospects management is really easy using PipeDrive. Keeps me on track
What do you like best? What I like best about Pipedrive is all the reminders to keep you moving to fill the pipeline and move it to completion. The email every morning and the prompts to fill out why a job was lost and the prompt that makes you plan your next move before you close is awesome! It's agile sales development
What do you like best? Pipedrive worked so intuitively well for our agile software company, because it provides a Kanban approach to managing our inquiries.
