What do you like best? I like the activity suspense notifications, they are clean and easy to keep track of, enjoy being able to have emails copied into Pipedrive that I sent to clients. Keeping relevant people inside each account with notes and communication all easily kept track of. I find it's fast to move around in and view a lot of data at once. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Simple easy to use UX, solid design, great web application What do you dislike? Smart BCC functionality incomplete, documentation is vague and return objects from API are inconsistent What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? PipeDrive ne m'a pas simplement permis de gérer mes contacts mais d'augmenter mes ventes en ayant une vue globale constante ! Very nice product to work with and the right features
What do you like best? Pipeline view income listview give direct access where the opportunities lie, and what relationships are important. What do you dislike? The way products are integrated. At the deal level you'll see that products are linked, but not which product. You have to click on that. Products is not as beautiful as the rest of Pipe Drive. What do you like best? Pipedrive is simple, but yet power when collaborating with others on my team. It allow for real time updates and alerts, which keep the entire team on task. Keep focused in the key aspects of your job
What do you like best? Which is really speechless when using it is that Pipe simplifies the worst aspects of your day-to-day journey. My real concern when selling is to close my deals, not managing my calendars, remembering my tasks or making reports; those activies are solved in the most efficient way which is possible. Perfect usability and workflow
What do you like best? I definitely love the main concept of Pipedrive – the pipes. They are something similar to Trello, but much better usable for my business. What do you dislike? I really dislike the fact, that I can't view the overall total for multicurrency projects. It would be cool to have some approximation in base currency.
