What do you like best? Pipedrive is tailored for the busy, modern business man with its excellent user logick and interface. What do you dislike? The reporting tool could be better. Although you are able to present the figures nicely, in-depth Excel reports (pivots and graphs are nowhere to be found. Helps us keep organized. Doesn't have a major impact on our business.
What do you like best? It is a dedicated app for lead and customer management. We need to keep the sales lead area of our business separate from the operations, and Pipedrive is a nice container for that data. We manage many different statuses for sales leads, and Pipedrive's custom pipeline management is a great tool for that. What do you dislike? Practical and Customizable Layout Keeps Me Organized
What do you like best? Customizable pipeline stages, clean dashboard, easy to use and not cluttered. What do you dislike? Spacing, can get long and difficult to visualize with lots of clients. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? CRM, tracking contacts and follow-ups. Pipeline marks the stages of my CRM for me.

Pipedrive makes things simpler for Sales people
What do you like best? I have been recently recommended about Pipedrive via one of my friend. I created my account on Pipedrive and watched a few training videos. This tool is really cool. Drag and Drop features is great under Deal stages. This is just similar to a project management system named "Trello". Hope it helps closing more deals! Good tool
What do you like best? It is an easy to use and straight forward tool to manage sales. What do you dislike? Sometimes is a bit slow.
