I have been using Pipedrive for about a year now. It has taken away the unorganized stacks of paper notes of my desk and put all of my prospect information into one easy to manage system. I like the customization of everything, the ability to record notes, emails, etc... all with time stamps. this has helped me not call customers too little, or too much. I also think the price is pretty fair. there is some software out there that is a lot more, this is the main reason i chose Pipedrive.

Pipedrive makes my life easier

We use Pipedrive for our sales AND order fulfillment pipelines. It has been our CRM, and pipeline software since day 1. Excellent software!

A beautiful simple sales crm

I've used a number of other sales crm systems, but I LOVE Pipedrive. The interface is just so simple and intuitive. I love the drag-and-drop visual pipelines. The User interface is clean, and simple. Unlike a lot of CRMs that are a chore to use, I really do find Pipedrive a pleasure. I have recommended Pipedrive to many of my peers who have all made the switch.

In the past, i've used SalesForce, which in most cases is overkill, with many features I never touched. And it was expensive per seat. Pipedrive is made for people like me who do client development - has all the features I really need, and I use them all. Highly recommended.

Pipedrive has the best User Interface of any other CRM on the market.

A CRM is a CRM. They all collect the same data. Pipedrive continues to improve and refine their user interface for that data. The Visual pipelines is exactly what I was looking for to make the sales process easy to understand and keep track of at a glance.
