An excelent CRM, fluid and easy to use
I have tried many others systems on the last years, but Pipedrive was by far the most beautiful, fluid and easy to use between them.I can include many pipelines and persons for different projects and also analyse my team perfomance with just some clicks.

Very user friendly with great features which you can adapt to your own needs
Pipe drive has loads of great features and a one stop shop for all your crm needs. The audio note feature is particularly good. You can log information on the move through the mobile app when it's fresh in your head. Also I discovered lately that you can have different pipelines which gives great flexibility if you have aspects of your business that you want to keep separate. You can also drag deals between pipelines.

Time saving !!!
Before we start using Pipedrive, we had to describe the management of visits, registration and management proposals in several different files.This operation took a long time and consequently the amount of contact was reduced in the working day.Today with a platform so the work has become more efficient and fast.

The basis of our business
Pipedrive is an incredible tool. We use it as a "classic" CRM (although it's the best out there but extended its capacities through their API so that it's almost our back-end today. We're a lead generation platform for international service providers, the pipeline & deal system, backed by a solid database engine is simply ideal for us.

Easy to use
I have used the application for few weeks. It's very easy to use and to the job. The choices are very small at the beginning, and makes it easy to understand and to use. Then, you can add some fields and options to adapt it to your needs. However, if you want to have more advanced functions to analyze your work and clients categories, I don't think you ll find it there.
