The best out of all the CRMs
I've used pretty much every single CRM on the market and finally came to Pipedrive. It's the best! It's workflow matches perfectly with the way we manage our pipelines. The system is simple to use but powerful. The filters are incredible and far more valuable than I could have ever imagined. And finally, the incredible API make it so easy to connect Pipedrive to our other systems.

Great software
After poor experiences with other CRM systems, Pipedrive really shone through during testing and when in full use. The whole team has adopted the software and collboration between projects is higher. Leads are generated and processed faster, whilst the added tools like file upload make this a essential piece of software

A great way to follow up your appointments
We are using it mostly to add visits to customers and prospects. Afterwords I add the visit report. Automaticaly Pipedrive asks you to schedule a new activity. Very easy tool to follow up your visits.

Good product
Pipedrive is a very good product but need some attention on the mobile side like being able to phone clients direct from app and record conversation. Easy of use on mobile app needs sone attention
