An okay CRM solution
What do you like best? Our company started out using PipeDrive partly as an in between step of "using excel sheets to manage this" and "wanting to start with Salesforce" so for that mentality, PipeDrive has been great for what we need. My favorite feature is probably the customization abilities. You can alter fields to your industry, your needs, etc. What do you dislike? The bugs!!! Just getting started with Pipedrive.
What do you like best? The ease of use and dashboard setup is of great benefit. What do you dislike? I have not used this application long enough to comment. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Lead tracking and nurturing plan.

Nice and simple to use... Only adequate for simple tasks
What do you like best? Very easy to get started. Better than a bunch of yellow stickies all over your reps dashboard. For someone looking to have a fast and simple way of organizing your contacts it is a nice tool. Setup was fast, and for $12 a head not a bad deal. Our company outgrew its capabilities within the trial period, so without a contract to be worried about it is a good start. What do you dislike? I have throughly enjoyed my nearly 2 years on pipedrive. I have found the UI/UX to be as close to perfect as any software that I have ever used. For a company of our size (40-50 it is simply perfect!
