One the better CRMs around

What do you like best? Pipedrive is easy to use, is excellent visually, is on website & app and, lastly, is adaptable so you can manage multiple types of pipes at the same time. It also drives you to put in activity once you complete something so your sales projects are always moving forward. Being able to update projects via the app on your smartphone is very good too. Useful but Time consuming

What do you like best? It does what it's supposed to do I suppose. It tracks sales, reminds me of stale leads, keeps everyone on track. What do you dislike? USELESS if people forget to update it or are lazy in writing details.
