Pipedrive is simple, fast and powerful!
What do you like best? It's interface is really simple and intuitive to use. The design is nice and I feel empowered when I use it. Has revolutionized our sales force and results!
What do you like best? Intuitive interface, simple without all the bulk of similar systems. Vendor is responsive and understands the sales process. What do you dislike? Wish I could switch between two entirely different accounts/user profiles easily without logging out/back in. Right now you can only nest. This is the best sales CRM ever! SIMPLE!!
What do you like best? "So easy to use, and very simple! All you need and nothing more. It is also affordable and has a mobile app. It integrates with proposify which we use for quotes, it integrates with our project management soft ware and our accounting software. If you are still using excel for your sales, you are getting behind your competition
What do you like best? it is simple, it is clear and automates a lot of tasks. You can rely on the platform. What do you dislike? That i did not find this solution earlyer. Recommendations to others considering the product This is the benchmark to all other sales CRM systems. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to use, flexible enough. Contacts sync marvellously
What do you like best? Fast. We were able to get up and running in just a few hours. Flexible. Configuring the right filters was easy for us. Multi-platform. We use Pipedrive on windows desktops, iOS and Android devices all at the same time. They sync seamlessly. Great CRM for small teams
What do you like best? Pipedrive is incredibly flexible. We use it for prospecting, tracking deal from verbal commitments through payment, and keeping track of touches with long sale-cycle leads. What do you dislike? The distinction of deals vs. contacts can be confusing at the outset. There are advantages to having multiple deals with each contact that may not be obvious when you're starting up. Keeping your organized and helps you get going without the coffee
