An effective, and cost-effective system

What do you like best? The system was very simple to set up, and the associated iPhone app is a real pleasure to use. Overall, Pipedrive has really helped us to organise our customer relationships. Awesome product!

What do you like best? I love the statistics & reporting features. What do you dislike? Billing has been our only issue, but is now resolved. We have no complaints about the actual application. What do you like best? Price cannot be beat, the product is fairly customization to any industries needs. The connection between colleagues accounts is great. Highly recommend. What do you dislike? Pipedrive is a great tool!

What do you like best? What I like most about it is that it is easy to use. I watched some of the helpful videos available to me and got right to work. What do you dislike? I haven't found one yet. I'm still waiting to find an area of improvement. Pipedrive has thought of everything I would like to have in a sales CRM. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? As a company, it helps us organize our sales efforts and track results.

The best CRM tools i ever used

What do you like best? Pratical, user friendly, integrates with almost every other tools I use. What do you dislike? Can't save contacts from my Pipedrive app to my iPhone contact list. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm getting my commercial department organized, now we all know how many business and what are the next steps to convert them.
