We Love Pipedrive and Use It Daily

What do you like best? The fact that it alerts you and stores the customers request and information. Once we contact the customer, we can leave a note of what was discussed for the entire company to review. What do you dislike? Best Sales CRM I've used.

What do you like best? What I like best is that is shows me at a glance everything I've got going on, is easy to set up, and then stays out of my way. What do you dislike? Reliance on Zapier for automation. A number of Zapier-dependent automation items would be fairly trivial for Pipedrive to just integrate. What do you like best? Easy to understand and a great way to track leads from the initial contract all the way through closing the deal. What do you dislike? It would be nice if there were features that automate the process. I.e., if you contact a lead, the lead is moved to a different phase of the sale. Pipedrive has allowed us to follow our own rule of Keep It Simple Stupid

What do you like best? It's so easy and intuitive. We previously used a big clunky system that required hours of training, had no customer support, and didn't easily do the things we wanted it to do. User friendly cloud CRM system

What do you like best? I manage a team of sales representatives remotely from a different state. Pipedrive makes it so easy for me to track what my employees are doing throughout the day and identify where our customer's are in their sales cycle. What do you like best? As a Project Controller, i like the recently added analytics module from pipedrive the best!. Also the customize fields we use often. What do you like best? it's very easy to use and simple. I was looking at using Salesforce but it required too much customization and was not a plug and play solution - it was bit intimidating to get started. Pipedrive makes it very easy to get started.
