An overall positive experience with Pipedrive
What do you like best? Migrating our data to Pipedrive from a different CRM was a breeze. It was as simple as clicking a button and waiting a few minutes while all our previous data flowed over. Simple, Customizable Sales Pipeline Management
What do you like best? Really simple, fairly customizable, fast, solid way to track clients and deals What do you dislike? Custom fields apply to all pipelines even though different departments have different needs. Task and to-do management is cumbersome. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Helps keep track of deals and ensure nothing is missing.

Pipedrive for Inbound
What do you like best? It's a great platform for inbound leads. It allows me to move each lead to different stages, assign owner, action items, upload all relevant docs in one place, etc. What do you dislike? Awesome CRM with cool features
What do you like best? Bulk editing, MailChimp integration, customizable fields and pipelines, cloud-based, running on the web without needing to download anything. What do you dislike? Pipedrive is awesome for my small business.
What do you like best? Pipedrive has allowed us to stay organized in our sales and outreach campaigns. Their user interface is very clean, fluid, but still powerful. I can easily import data with their new field matching tool and then manage that data very easily. In the field I often rely on the iPhone app, which allows me to easily stay informed on my clients and our history. What do you dislike? Excellent CRM tool.
What do you like best? The ease of use of getting started and the thought gone into UI with Pipedrive is what I believe sets it apart from the rest. I have used many different CRM systems and this I think is hands down the best. What do you dislike? I like the constant and visible improvements but think more attention could be paid to the Statistics page and also the search function but these are minor improvements. Brilliant CRM for small-medium businesses
What do you like best? Simplicity - Pipedrive has none of the extra bloat that make large scale CRMs complex, turning it into a sales management system that sales people actually like to use. Whereas I spent 3 hours trying to create a price book in Salesforce - I built and tested the whole Pipedrive system in a matter of days.
