Solid Product
Overall, my team and I are very satisfied with product. Mad props on the simple, intuitive design for a CRM, and the activity prompting is fantastic for staying on top of your pipeline! My only feature request would be a further integration into Gmail (*not sure if this is even possible where it recognizes responses to your emails that BCC'd the Deal in Pipedrive.Great product - keep rolling with what you've built!

Very user-friendly
What do you like best? I like the possibility to customize the pipelines and to follow the flow of sales opportunities. What do you dislike? That it's not possibile for administrator see in a general list all the offers of all normal users (he can see them separately in each user's profile, but not in an overall list. Simple and straightforward
The way sales should be. I wanted a tool that enabled me to be better, not to make me do things differently. As a sales person, I already had a style and approach that suited my clientele. Pipedrive enabled me to continue doing what I did but with more efficiency and clarity. Other tools I tried either had too many features (most of which I didn't have the capacity to incorporate into my business.

A thing of beauty
I love this software because it really drives you to input the data ... the presentation of all your leads is so tidy and beautifully organised that the whole thing becomes an absolute pleasure to use! The fact that the developers also seem to really listen to user feedback is a massive added bonus. Really love it, and would unreservedly recommend it to anyone who wants brilliant outcomes in their sales role ...

Instrumental to our business
Pipedrive has become an essential part of our business, and is helping us improve how we manage our pipeline. As a business leader I can quickly assess our proposals pipeline and assign follow up activities to my team. The fact that it is very user friendly also helps with employees' adoption (vs. other more complex CRMs.

Pipedrive is the Best
Pipedrive is a great tool for my business. It helps me stay on track and not let customers fall between the cracks. If you could do something about it freezing up once in a while, that would make it even better.

Pipedrive has been an incredible!
Pipedrive has been an incredible addition to our company and how we manage our sales. It has helped us to stay in front of more or our prospects and keep in touch with our clients. It is a great way to track and manage a sales force and the prospects that we need to follow up on daily.

Simple. Effective and yet flexible pipeline mgt system
Been using pipedrive for quite a while now. I was struggling with CRM-systems that were powerfull, but also required a lot of data entry. I found pipedrive to provide what I was looking for. Focusing on my pipeline and the actions needed to be taken. Thats it. Simple and intutive to use. It does a whole lot more if you need it. Has an app of course, and when you call a client using it, the call is logged in your sales case - if you want to.My highest recomendations.
