Great tool for sales and customer relationship

I really love pipedrive. I usually use pipedrive in all clients of my company. Last year I helped to implant more than 20 new clients, with more than 5 users of average. It's a great tool and awesome to control sales and relationship of all clients. I don't have nothing to say of cons, only pros.

Easy to use!

I enjoy the ease of use. I wanted a tool that helps me make better use of my time and keep track of my activities. Pipedrive does it. I can always access my Pipedrive information, no matter which device I am using.

Easy to handle crm tool for small enterprises

I used pipedrive as a Business Development Manager when scaling a sales process in an early sales phase. The adjustable pricing model and gmail integration are very useful, exports are quite flexible. What is missing is a better option to export all information about leads as well as more sophisticated import options, but I would recommend pipedrive to sme businesses any time.

Effective!

Love the idea! I think it has many great and useful purposes. Would like a few improvements but see that Pipedrive is constantly improving it! Would like to categorize in stages by priority and color coding in stages customized by the user. Such as how outlook has categories and colors for meetings, this way I can select colors for different opportunities.

Pipedrive gives us exactly what we need as a 30 person digital agency, and nothing more.

We were on Salesforce before. It was cumbersome, complex, and mostly over engineered for our need. Switching to Pipedrive got us up and running in about a day and it gives us exactly what we need to ensure we're having the right conversation about our work. Almost no training required, we just had to make some process decisions about how we were going to work.

A well developed software

Pipedrive has been a great tool for our small business. We have 2-3 people who have never used a pipeline and Pipedrive is intuitive enough for them to immediately take control of their own deals. There reporting was great when I purchased my first license and has only improved since then. I would have rated this a 5 out of 5 except I have never received a response to a support question I submitted over 3 weeks ago.
