Very happy with Pipedrive

This is the first time I have used something other than an excel sheet to keep track of my pre sales activities. Pipedrive is very easy to use and helps my team keep track of all stages of a prospect. It has ensured that our proposals go out on time and follow ups are not missed. in short, it has made my team more productive.

It's a helpful tool, but one that feels a little like a chore to maintain

What do you like best? I like the intuitive user interface and complex functionality of the software to act as a basic CRM. What do you dislike? Pipedrive is perfect!

The way pipeline allows you to seamlessly integrate email campaigns with Customer Relations by linking your emails to your contact's page is perfect. Very simple to use and extremely effective! I would recommend Pipedrive to anyone.

Simple and straightforward

The way sales should be. I wanted a tool that enabled me to be better, not to make me do things differently. As a sales person, I already had a style and approach that suited my clientele. Pipedrive enabled me to continue doing what I did but with more efficiency and clarity. Other tools I tried either had too many features (most of which I didn't have the capacity to incorporate into my business.
