Pipedrive is a great way to manage the growth of a small business.

Simple, light, efficient. A powerful tool.

What do you like best? Well, Pipedrive is a very powerful CRM. One can have a great overview of leads. You can populate a new deal with lead´s informations, you can personalize your pipes, you can set up activities, notes, attachments, e-mails. Clean and to the point.

What do you like best? Very simple on-boarding which enables you and your team to start using it very fast, as opposed to other CRMs or sales tools that require a lot of configuration beforehand as well as extensive training to the team in order to start working. Amazing

What do you like best? Great GUI, overall just looks amazing. Also can import from Excel and does so pretty effectively. Assigning actions is also great. What do you dislike? Not much to be honest. Pretty great. Currently using. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Track customers and where they stand, when we need to follow up, who we need to collect money from.

What do you like best? The program is easy to setup and to use. What do you dislike? Some glitches and bugs but overall a good program What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeps you on task and focused on all your leads so you don't have to worry about remembering.

Pipedrive is so intuitive that sales team can start working on it without needing long (and sometimes boring workshops, and focus on what matters: sales.Google integrations, import easiness and quick setup are also very valued.
