Finally a no-non sense CRM that gets the job done

What do you like best? Very intuitive and logically built. I'm the administrator for my company and I almost never have to spend a lot of time to figure out how to do things. This product really fits the needs of salespeople/business developers and without getting overcomplicated. What do you like best? PipeDrive is super simple and touchscreen friendly. I have found that its very fast to update on the fly, while you're talking to a customer or prospect. Very Simple-& difficult for reporting purposes

What do you like best? I like that pipedrive makes it easy to create fields on contact, company and deal pages, and that they send an automated email every day with all activities that are due in a simple format. What do you like best? Pipedrive is very customizable to my business needs. I can easily change things as the business changes or process improvements are made. What do you dislike? Easy to use, yet needs added features

What do you like best? The thing I like best about Pipedrive is there customer service. When I did not understand how to import contacts initially or integrate it with QuickBooks, they were able to help quickly and efficiently. What do you dislike? What I do not like is that there was no way to separate a contact from a company easily. Great sales tool

It helps me be on top of my sales leads, sales goals and also keep track of my sales numbers and see how long it takes a lead to become an order over all a great tool that makes it easier for my to be on top of things and focus on selling. Great integration with Gmail (but for extra moneyWould love if you could also generate a quote after inputting all the lead info, that way you do everything in one step.

A Nice Tool

What do you like best? It is easy to use and navigate. Sorting and finding sales leads, current and old, is about as simple as there. The ability to export data is helpful too. What do you dislike? The most complicated issue is creating multiple deals for the same client. It would be nice if it was as simple as copying deals, but each on has to be created uniquely.
