Excellent CRM system at a great price

What do you like best? Being in an unusual sales niche (selling cemetery property, merchandise and services, I needed a flexible, customizable CRM system, and Pipedrive fit the bill! I was able to set reminders for myself via email, and it syncs effortlessly with Gmail. The pricing is on par with the competition, but the system they offer beats anything else. What do you like best? Everything. Every last thing. We're a bootstrapped coworking space and I run our Sales + Marketing departments. I have two Sales associates who are on pipedrive religiously. What do you like best? I've been using Pipedrive with 2 companies. UI is good, simple etc. What do you dislike? missing integration for sync of contacts other than gmail. also there's no real calendar in pipedrive - tasks/activities also only sync with google. - email integration is ok. the upgraded option requires all work on email to be done on pipedrive.. i had a trial requested for that email integration but haven't received access to it. overall it's ok but lacking ...

What do you like best? UX. The thing is gorgeous, really really well done, easy to use. It's remarkable and I've since seen a shift in many new products trying to match Pipedrive's clean UI. What do you dislike? WYSIWYG.
