Phenomenal customer service
What do you like best? This is a fantastic tool for managing your pipeline. IN addition to that, they have built some pretty advanced software for tracking a sales pipeline that is actually easy enough to use for a sales team. What do you dislike? No freemium option. Sleek, easy to use and packed with great sales tools
What do you like best? The user experience is fantastic. I previously had to log my sales work in SalesForce, which was incredibly old fashioned and time consuming. Pipedrive has great lay out and actually helps drive sales. The next field you need to fill out is almost always highlighted, suggested actions/tasks are shown to you and data look up is done as you type. Great for CRM with intergrated links
What do you like best? It's pretty simple to get your head around, they don't spam you with updates and random promotions. What do you dislike? You can't add simply set up a repeat addition. would be my only pain with this. It's pretty easy to work around but, I like my shortcuts when it comes to adding CRM details. Pipedrive is awesome
What do you like best? It is very user-friendly. It doesn't appear complex, but it can do powerful things. It selectively syncs with my Google For Work account, so each contact withing Pipedrive shows the conversation history, including emails, phone calls and LinkedIn messages (using Ecquire. The Kanban view of my pipeline is excellent. I can maintain multiple pipelines for different products, projects or stages. We use one pipeline for "influencers" and another for prospects. ...

Has to be the most complete for what I need
What do you like best? It is very customizable. Once you find your way around it, which is fairly easy , you can really shape it they way you want it. I also really enjoy the workflow. Their activity page make it easy to go around your task, complete and add the next action. What do you dislike? Well, there is not much I dont like about it. Pipedrive - Great Adaptable CRM For You.
What do you like best? That the tool can be customize to fit your industry and your own needs a goals in the sales process. All the features are there, you just need to draw out them out for your business needs. Excellent solution for a mid-size company
What do you like best? Super intuitive workflows to move leads through the funnel. I don't think anyone did a better job a visualizing the funnel like this. Highly recommend to anyone who isn't ready to drown in the pricing, customization nightmare of larger CRMs. What do you dislike? We hit the ceiling with customization to allow for deep hooks into our platform and forecasting. But i have a feeling it was just because of the complex product that we have. Loved Pipedrive. Wish I was still using it.
What do you like best? I loved how simple it was. I loved the kanban layout. I loved how it didn't take a degree and an inside support person to help figure it out. What do you dislike? I didn't like that it couldn't handle the size of leads and stuff we were getting. I didn't love that the support was very non-person to persony. Great Budget CRM
What do you like best? The best thing about Pipedrive is the price. For a fraction of the big boy CRM's you can have many of the same features with a much shorter learning curve. Training can take as little as a few minutes to get up and running and it does a great job tracking all open leads. What do you dislike? Some of the integrations don't work quite as well as I would hope. For instance to attach an email to a project you have to bcc it every time. It would be great if you could ...
