Great for the sales person on the go

What do you like best? Pipedrive is wonderful for sales people with different sales processes that need to keep track of to-do's on a daily basis. The data entry is very easy and intuitive, the reporting provides enough data to help you understand your trends, and the progression through the sales processes are not as cumbersome as on some other CRM systems. Great, simple, affordable CRM

What do you like best? Pipedrive is very easy to use and get started. There are more complicated features, but onboarding is very simple. No IT support required. What do you dislike? The analytics are lacking. Also not able to send emails directly from PD (they say you can, but you actually can't What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This is our CRM and also manages projects once the sale is complete.

Highly recommended for start-ups and/or small to medium sized businesses

What do you like best? I loved the intuitive user interface. The built-in tutorials are helpful and enable you to start within a matter of minutes. Our sales team was able to manage our client database and feed our excel sheets into the system - without any form of formation issues. Scheduling calls and appointments are easy and keep the sales team on track. Monitoring how many deals were closed and if the sale met our expectations was vital. Simple, intuitive, adaptable, easy to use

Having used other CRM systems in previous roles, I was tasked to find an inexpensive, easy to use method of monthly reporting for a sales organisation. Pipedrive offers not only a simple way for sales professionals to report their activities, but more than justifies its cost by ensuring that the sales team stay engaged with their opportunities and increase sales.

CRM done right!

What do you like best? After reviewing a number of options, Pipedrive stood out for me. The solution is intuitive and feature rich with great integrations. I'm using the API for Zaps into our project management platform as well as google Drive. My sales team is small but this has really started to give us great instight into our pipeline, prospecting is improved and the stats are great.
