Great for tracking contact history!
What do you like best? I love how the system completely automates the contact tracking. They can tell you how, when and why you called your sales prospects. What do you dislike? Pipedrive- simple & effective
What do you like best? Pipedrive has done a great job of building out a CRM that encompasses the sales pipelines and stages. In addition, they've done a great job of implementing the ability to add tasks to deals, assign users as owners, and more. What do you dislike? There are some basic features that are lacking. Pretty good but they lost all my emails last year. It was a glitch but a pretty significant one.
What do you like best? It is an easy functionality to use and gauge a pipeline. I think there are probably some that have surpassed them but for the price it works fine vs. a Salesforce tool for a small org. A lot of money to spend on something just ok. What do you dislike? Great for organizing projects!
What do you like best? As an artist who does a lot of custom paintings it's difficult to keep track of what stage each client is at. Pipedrive has taken that stress away and I can easily move clients around as I finish each step. It's also really really easy to use which means I actually use it! What do you dislike? Very good for small to mid-size databases
What do you like best? The dashboard is great, where you can see the entire pipeline. And move things there itself and also change priorities. You can add tasks, meetings etc without switching screens. What do you dislike? Some functions like building curated lists can take a bit of time. Incredibly flexible
What do you like best? Very simple to use, incredibly flexible, and highly customizable. Drag, drop, and customize. Upload spreadsheets, so much more. I also like that it's features aren't bogged down like SalesForce, light enough to jump in and use as a casual user. Lightweight, customizable, simple and fast! What do you dislike? What do you like best? Reminders help keep you on track and doesn't let me miss important steps. What do you dislike? Seems like I have to reenter information several times between different input panels. For instance, I get a lead I input the the lead details, yet the activity doesn't have the organization name.
