Pipedrive simplifies my life

What do you like best? The best feature that I like about Pipedrive is the dashboard which visually shows your active pipeline and where your deal is currently in the sales cycle. I added custom stages to pipedrive so it exactly matches my companies stages of the sales cycle. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Ability to make my own column titles and adjust as necessary. What do you dislike? Cannot build vertical and/or sub columns. Pipedrive is good for pipeline management.

What do you like best? Pipedrive has an easy to use interface and the way the deals are visually displayed makes it easy to see info at a glance. The performance is pretty good and overall it is useful for deal management. It's not the best CRM out there in terms of functionality but it does the job well that it is designed to do. What do you like best? Very easy to learn and operate. 100% web. Great for small teams, is getting better on analysis and reports. Price is not prohibitive. What do you dislike? Must on BI and advanced reports, weak on security because if you are admin you can see it all, and if you are a simple user you see only your data, there is no intermediate level.
