Easiest, simplest and no-risk to try so why not...

Pipedrive is an awesome tool. My work uses SF and I do both because I think PD is that much better. It is simple, works and allows me to be flexible and gain access to my info anywhere anytime. I highly recommend to any new, small and growing team.

Simple and easy to use

What do you like best? What I personally have liked best is the ability to see all my deals and stages in one dashboard. Easy to navigate from one open deal to another. What do you dislike? The reporting is not very robust and I can't export to excel. I also don't find the reporting tool to be as intuitive. Additionally, for us personally there's not an easy way to track new sales versus renewals. Recommendations to others considering the product I think this a great tool for ...

Great way to manage leads

What do you like best? Drag n Drop leads are great. Adds some fun. The integration with Zapier is good (although it sometimes links in too much. Inbox is great but misses some features. What do you like best? Pipedrive offer great core functionality. Modifying the modules is straight forward. The, kanban board like, pipeline view is easy to manage. It feeds directly into MailChimp. Amazing CRM

What do you like best? It is really easy to manage your clients and leads. What do you dislike? Although pipedrive has a push notification system, it can't be used easily if you don't know much about coding. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We used to lost contact with potential clients along the time. Pipedrive have been helping us with that.

Pipedrive plus Zapier

What do you like best? It tracks sales opportunities easily. I like the option to pull the dropdown by sales manager to either limit the view to one sales manager or to show everyone. This allows for a lot of visibility into what each user is doing and is a core feature we feel will allow us to grow.
