Great interface, easy and practical
Pipedrive is really easy to use, keeps everything in place and order. I have been using it in a team that has never used CRM and they basically learned it 1 day. I specially like that you can program it yourself to fill the company's specific needs, the interface is very practical and the forecast section gives you a great look on you monthly goals.

Fantastic, revolutionary and easy
Since implementing pipedrive I have full visibility of all parts of the sales and implementation allowing me to plan, monitor and control effectively.I probably use about 20% of its capability but it has revolutionised the way I and my teams work

Wow! Super easy to use it!

Pipedrive hat meinen Vertriebsprozess endlich strukturiert
Früher hatte ich das Problem, dass ich ständig Telefontermine vergas und nie wusste, wie viel Kontakte nötig waren, um einen Kunden zu gewinnen. Mit Pipedrive hab ich ein super toll, das sein Geld absolut wert ist. Ich weiß ganz genau, wann ich wen anrufen muss und weiß, wie viel Kontakte es schon gab.

I'm a professional photographer and this has saved me

This is the sales CRM application we were searching for
We were looking for a lightweight, fast, user-friendly, web-based sales application that our sales force actually wanted to use. Pipedrive hit the nail on the head. Their support team is wonderful, their training videos are super helpful, and setup was a breeze. We love the reports that give us insight into the business and the mobile app is really slick as well. Kudos all around.

Great interface
Big fan of Pipedrive. The interface is slick and intuitive, and it helps our team focus on having constructive conversations on the deals that matter. We have a number of different pipelines set up across different areas of the business, demonstrating it's flexibility. Biggest weakness is the analytics feature which doesn't quite work for us and we still need to do a bunch of data anlysis off platform on spreadsheets... but then I don't think I'll ever stop using spreadsheets! It gets 5 ...
