Good CRM overall

The visual interface is good, helpful in terms of seeing the sales pipeline in a snapshot. Would prefer mail merge option directly from Pipedrive, as opposed to exporting to mailchimp. If there is a way to automatically set a new calendar reminder as a deal enters a new stage, I haven't found it yet. That would be helpful (as opposed to manually setting a new reminder each stage for each deal.

User Friendly / Simple Interface

Pipedrive is user friendly and has a simple interface. It falls short on a few things (e.g. easy email forwarding that would further streamline sales operations. All in all, I'm happy with it and look forward to seeing the software evolve.

Pipedrive Jano

I try before with others crm's like hubspot , sugar and zoho, but I get with pipedrive an excellent and easy way to follow each stage for my leads until became a customer , I use everyday the app mobile to view the activity scheduled and follow best way each deal.

Pipedrive - easy and highly functional

I knew I didn't want to delve into something as massive as Salesforce. I'm so glad that a business coach recommended Pipedrive for my business. I love that I can customize each step of the process and have multiple pipelines. I know that Pipedrive has many capacities that I am not even using and I still love it. It's visual and easy to use, and easy to set up.

The Sales platform for all digital generations

User friendly

Pipedrive is the only CRM I've used that I've managed to stick with. It is so well thought out, perfect for small teams and so user friendly. You can get started easily without a complex or daunting setup or you can customize and integrate as required.

Straightforward and Simple
