Pipedrive is a solid recommend
Simple and easy to use. The latest version has an usabikity issue. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars.

Works great for ths LAdy DJ!!
I am a Mobile DJ and it works great for me.I can see all my clients on one page and can see what process I'm in with each.I love the Won and Lost feature to track progress and to learn where I really should invest my money for marketing purposes.Only thing I didn't 't like is how hard it was to pay for the service. The currency was in not in US Money but in another like EURO I think. I had to call the guy who recommended it to me, and he said he had to call as well.I had to call pipe drive ...

Easy to use!
Very simple to use. I like how it links emails to deals automatically and the organization of the pages. The one thing I wish it would do when merging contacts or deals is to actually merge all of the information- not make you pick which one you want to keep and then the other info is deleted.

Great CRM Tool
I was using Base CRM before and we had some ergonomy issues and filtering was a pain sometimes.Now, Pipedrive allows us to have a clear vision on our pipeline and allows multi-pipeline view to better source your deals and get good reportings. You also have the deal life cycle in days and per stage (prospecting, qualified, Poc Planned.... which was lacking in Base CRM.It does the job pretty well.

Good CRM for small biz
Been using Pipedrive for about 2 years and happy with the flexibility of the system. Has all the basic functions that one expects from a small-biz CRM and easy to customise to fit your business.

Pipedrive Rocks
Pipedrive is easy to use and requires little to no training. You can customize the forms and field very easy and it is flexible. I use it for several of my businesses.

I've found pipe drive to be an excellent CRM for the cost. Easy to navigate and set up for industry specific needs.
