Pipedrive is the best option for follow-ups

I've already recomended Pipedrive for 2 friends. It's very organized ans works pretty well.The API for integration (and webhooks are also good.The support should be faster though. I've experrienced a webhook unavailability in the past and the support team took more than 2 days to reply and explain there were instability and it was already fixed. It would be better if they responded faster admiting the instability and then have replied again after some days saying it was fixed.

Really a good CRM, what you could improve is the speed of the process and more types of filter and customization.

In comparison of previous program(CRM it`s much easier to enter data and takes less time. I also like option to add different filters.

Best CRM so far

After going through several platforms we started to use pipedrive. We have been using it for close to 1,5 years now and we haven't run into any significant roadblock yet. It is a lightweight platform yet it is very simple to export data from it to other apps for processing.I especially appreciate the multi-currency feature - it have been missing in basically all the other platforms we have used in the past.

Easy Userfriendly Sales App

I've used Pipedrive for almost 2.5 years now and it is so user friendly. It acts as a diary as well as great sales tool. Reporting is easy and honestly I've probably not used it to the best of its abilities. I've recently started a new role & am considering introducing it to the company as their sales tool.

Great and simple to use tool

Pipedrive helps me to record all my partner activities. It is intuitive and easy to use and I love the google contact integration. Makes it simple to get all my contacts on my mobile phone too, in my normal address book. Also the support is great, any question asked through chat so far has been answered within minutes. Knowledgeable people.

Pipedrive really works for us
