Useful tool, that keeps up with new needs of users.
I started with numbers spreadsheet which was just fine, when I had reasonable number of clients and activities. Later when preparing for addition of other sales people I looked for solution. Pipedrive was imediately in top. Reasonable pricing, start up mindset, good support through sales tips and sales academy. I have been using it for two years now and since then, PD team worked hard on implementing new automations.

Pipedrive is my personal assistant
Pipedrive replaces a personal assistant, since it recalls every single sales action I need to do in a given day.It gets my Sales funnel tidy enough to focus my time on closing activities. Additionally gives me all the data I need to track my team performance in a very visual way.

Pipedrive has made our life and business so much easier!We certainly wouldn't be as efficient as we are without them.In fact, our business has improved by 20% since we started and with a clear focus on follow up, as well as seamless integration with other third party apps it is sure to increase even further. Excellent working tool for every day operation.
I am not a technological person and the change to Pipedrive was very easy, the videos of how to use and how to make the most of every tool available are great and made the transition very quick and pain free.It is very compatible with outlook and gmail, and it links all the info to my phone, which is very convenient for me since I’m always on the road and sometimes I lack the time to get my notebook out, so I just work from my phone.
