Great for my use - Real Estate

I am a Real Estate professional and Pipedrive suits my needs as a simple, customizable, database management and deal-flow tracking tool. The UI on both iOS and web is excellent. Pipedrive helps me track my contacts, conversations with those contacts, and schedule follow-up activities easily and effectively. A great tool for my business, love it.

Big helper!

Pipedrive

Pipedrive ahs been great for us. It is a little slow at times but that is probably because so many people on getting on board. We have noticed our sales team embrace and their numbers have increased. I like how you can tailor to your own business with activities and title of Pipedrives.

A killer tool for small business sales

I run a small business and do a lot of prospecting to generate new business, and most of my contact with clients/prospects is done through meetings, email and phone. I tried multiple CRM solutions before settling on Pipedrive. Often, they were loaded with features that were a lot of work to set up and manage (like drip emails, which made them a bit too complicated to be useful. Love this CRM!

Our company was looking for a CRM that would make life easy for us, and this is definitely it! The way the pipelines function makes it easy to see where sales (and leads are at a glance, and they're completely customisable. Excellent working tool for every day operation.

I am not a technological person and the change to Pipedrive was very easy, the videos of how to use and how to make the most of every tool available are great and made the transition very quick and pain free.It is very compatible with outlook and gmail, and it links all the info to my phone, which is very convenient for me since I’m always on the road and sometimes I lack the time to get my notebook out, so I just work from my phone. A great sales tool for a non-sales guy

I'm not a sales guy but I had to take over sales for our organization. The first think I did was look for a way to help me stay organized and NOT forget something important. I liked the visual idea of a pipeline and Pipedrive did the trick! I am still learning how to make use of all the features but I've found it to be a great tool to keep me on track.
