Does exactly what we need

As a seller when you hear a company rolling out a new CRM that is "user friendly" I cringe. I have used several CRM softwares and Pipedrive is the most user friendly I have encountered. Every adjustment we recommended was implemented quickly by Pipedrive. The data is easy to input and easy to read and access. The dashboard gives relevant info in a clear manner. It has helped us all get on the same page with the sales process.

Great app, easily integrates with so many other apps and well documented. You if you are thinking of which CRM to choose. This is the one. Trust me, you will not regret it. It forces me to do my follow ups and tasks, almost a bit of a nag.

I would recommend Pipedrive to any salesperson or manager of a sales person that does not mind being accountable but hates the paperwork that is involved with some funnel management systems.
