Пользовались данной crm до кризиса.После же нашли более дешевый аналог в лице Clientobox.Всё тоже самое,но в два с лишним раза дешевле.дополнено после отзыва pipedrive:в данном случае ваше сравнение некорректно, так как системы абсолютно идентичны(сравнивали. А что из данных систем Мерседес еще можно поспорить, так как опыт работы есть в обеих системах. Единственное, что есть у вас, это интеграция с почтой, но нам обещали внедрить её в ближайшее время. The best CRM experience I`ve had so far

What do you like best? I love pipedrive. Already used a lot of sales pipelines (like Moskit, but Pipedrive is more complete, more solid and more reliable than anything I`ve ever used. I use pipedrive integrated with a lot of other services (RD, Zapier, Google Agenda and Gmail, and everything just WORKS. Does exactly what we need

As a seller when you hear a company rolling out a new CRM that is "user friendly" I cringe. I have used several CRM softwares and Pipedrive is the most user friendly I have encountered. Every adjustment we recommended was implemented quickly by Pipedrive. The data is easy to input and easy to read and access. The dashboard gives relevant info in a clear manner. It has helped us all get on the same page with the sales process.

Exactly what I was looking for!

I am a mortgage loan officer and was looking for a simple way to manage all of my deals, and keep track of loan amounts at the same time. Pipedrive is a perfect fit. I have actually seen an increase in volume since I've started using it since I've been able to be so effective with my follow-up. I can't wait to continue discovering what else Pipedrive can help me become more efficient at. You will not find a better CRM for the price.

A great sales tool for a non-sales guy

I'm not a sales guy but I had to take over sales for our organization. The first think I did was look for a way to help me stay organized and NOT forget something important. I liked the visual idea of a pipeline and Pipedrive did the trick! I am still learning how to make use of all the features but I've found it to be a great tool to keep me on track.
