I've tried other CRMs, Pipedrive is my favorite

I've been using Pipedrive now for 2-3 years and love it more now than ever. I tried three others initially but loved PD's layout more than others. It works well whether you're a manager of 20 sales people, or if you're an entrepreneur or self-employed like myself. I'm an independent insurance broker and PD keeps me focused daily on what I need to be spending my time on to move my clients through the sales process so I can get paid faster. Pipedrive, the sales channel network

What do you like best? Ease of Use. Price/Value. Learning curve not steep. What do you dislike? Import of Leads could be handled easier. Recommendations to others considering the product Great solution to start of for smaller teams. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? There is room for improvement but for the price they are doing a great job.

What do you like best? Pipedrive makes it easy to view your current deals and stages. Visualizing your work flow is helpful. What do you dislike? I wish the AI was better -- grabbing information and actively updating your CRM through info that is available in emails, text, etc. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? CRM -- Sales Process, Steps, etc.

What do you like best? Love how simple it is to use - no super long forms with dozens of mandatory fields to fill out. Love that it's easily accessible on desktop and mobile.
