Great start for startups

I love much about PipeDrive, including:- quick to get started- easy to configure- easy to onboard and train new users- integration with email/cloud storageThings I hate:- import/export required for edits/activities, etc. - inability to track recurring revenue- inability to upgrade individual users (not all my users need full email integration, but, some do.- clunky integration with mailchimp

Very easy tool & necessary sales tool

I have subscribed to Pipedrive for four years. The load in is easy. This is a great way to keep track of ongoing bids and a data base of customers. The customer service (when needed is great. The pricing is a great value also. I appreciate them keeping it affordable.
