Good but not excellent.
What do you like best? Pipedrive's APIs to other marketing and sales softwares work perfectly. About this point, there is no complaints. What do you dislike? I really don't like the Business Intelligence features (which there are basically none, it's hard to extract valuable data from pipedrive. Get in the sales flow quickly & efficiently
What do you like best? Piepdrive focusses on the core needs of a salesperson. With customizable categories and deal flows, it allows me to see at a glance where projects and potential projects stand at any given time. What do you dislike? It's hard to customize emails through the service and as a result I prefer to send messages through my email instead. Pipedrive is so easy to use for a fast pace work culture!
What do you like best? The convenience of this product is awesome. We make so many calls in a day and need a CRM system that is easy and convenient to use. The price you pay for this product is so cheap as well which is a giant plus! What do you dislike? It is a little confusing setting up. I wish there was a built in Tag feature. Best CRM I have Used
I have used my fair share of CRM's and Pipedrive, is very user friendly and from a manager's role, provides easy tools to see where deals live along with integrations into Slack and other tools we provide to our sales rep.

Outstanding tool !
Of course, the initial setup - where you input some historic - can be a bit boring. But the rewarding ease to use makes the effort worthy.As it is, the tool is really a perfect dashboard of my activities. Everything I do, I input in Pipedrive. Sometimes I can think that I am wasting some time, but what a wonder when I can find anything of the historic of my actions in it. What do you like best? The email integration, scheduling of the activities and the daily reminders What do you dislike? The data import could be more user friendly What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Faster conversion, we know when to follow up

Efficient and effective
What do you like best? Easy to import, export and assign deals. Segmentation of exports is feature friendly. What do you dislike? Lacks advanced dedupe functionality. It would be nice to link orgs with deals and contacts during import rather than creating multiples. Customer support needs work. Needs advanced permissions.
