What do you like best? I am able to arrange different sections of my pipe into a specific order to make it easier to keep track of my deals and their status. What do you dislike? Great for beginners
What do you like best? Simplicity, graphic view, ease to understand main functionalities, which is great for new user like me. The automated relation with emails sent from Outlook to Pipeline generic inbox is great to keep track of all messages sent to prospects. What do you dislike? A basic and simple to use CRM that helps you focus on what matters the most
What do you like best? Pipedrive is simple to use. We started off with Salesforce and it was like trying to kill an ant with a nuclear bomb. We needed something simple: a CRM that let us keep track of contacts, our communication with them, associated deals, and deal status. Pipedrive does that and does it well. Great tool for just starting out
What do you like best? I believe the single think I liked most about the tool was the visual flow of the product itself. Being able to see the flow of your leads from stage to stage is an awesome feature. What do you dislike? I think the think I disliked the most was the cc'ing of email and email tracking. PipeDrive: Simple Tool, just the basics
What do you like best? Simplicity. Many CRMS are so hard to get started and very confusing. As a smaller sales team we just needed to jump into something. What do you like best? I liked the simplicity of the software and the graphics are nice to look at. I also like the closed won/lost VALUE display. What do you dislike? Great resource for keeping track of leads
What do you like best? Ease of use, ability to follow up, ability to send follow up emails to prospects, etc. What do you dislike? I do not dislike any portion of this product at this time. Effective but Rudimentary
What do you like best? Very intuitive interface, somewhat like ZenHub and Trello. This allows for easily tracking of opportunities and pipeline. What do you dislike? It is pretty rudimentary. Search is rather limited as well as defining a workflow. Analytics is also pretty basic. Recommendations to others considering the product It's definitely a great place to start.
