Long time user of SFDC and other CRM's. Love the simplicity and intuitive nature of Pipedrive. And as a long time sales person, my favorite feature is the automated pop-up forcing a next step.

Pipedrive
Pipedrive has been an exceptional tool in our company and Business Development team. The program has allowed us to focus on going out and talking to clients and not tie us down to admin which is the norm without such a tool.The features have been great and i love the notifications and syncing to my mailbox which allows me to stay on top of every step of the sales process.Thanks for a great program.

Valuable Sales pipeline, always keeping forward motion in your deal
What do you like best? User friendly, can create multiple pipelines and make the pipelines with the stages you want them to have. Great tool to always provide forward actions and movement for your sales deals. It forces you to have a forward actions and makes the users continue to touch the deal and not allow them to rot. What do you like best? Simplicity, streamlined, quick to learn, good for small companies. What do you dislike? Weak reporting tools. Cannot run compicated reports. What it can do is sufficient for most smaller organizations. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking sales efforts.
