Great CRM

What do you like best? Love how easy it is to move the leads through the customized funnel, and how it forces you to keep scheduling follow ups to keep the project moving forward. What do you dislike? I dislike the sometimes confusing differences between the deal and organizations, and how sometimes the information does not connect every time. What do you like best? Reminds you all the time for the next step you have to do in order to close a deal. What do you dislike? Unless you have a training, it is a bit confusing Recommendations to others considering the product If you know how to use it, will be very beneficial for closing deals What business problems are you solving with the product? Best software for first-time CRM users

What do you like best? Great video tutorials, great drag-and-drop user interface, fantastic contact upload and merge tools. Good if you're not expecting Salesforce

What do you like best? The Trello board style pipeline is great. I appreciate the visual color-coding and overall the UI is more approachable than salesforce. There's no question that initial setup and adding excel info to account was way easier in Pipedrive than in Salesforce. What do you like best? everything was fairly simple and intuitive What do you dislike? not a very complex system. Not as easy to pull interesting complex reports as other systems have used What business problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? The dashboard with status updates on particular deals is the best part. What do you dislike? The reporting is not thorough. Also, the notes on deals delete over some time.
