Most intuitive CRM I have ever used
What do you like best? For someone who has a small consulting and sales business no need for complex set up or management of teams or individuals( other than myself. I crm to keep me organized and effective it what so far it is providing. So far, the jury on this is still out. What do you dislike? Pipedrive, solid on mobile or desktop, intuitive and flexible
What do you like best? Reliable & effective on both mobile & desktop with flexibility to customize to your unique needs. It just does the job well. What do you dislike? Great sales / CRM tool for small businesses
What do you like best? Really like the pipeline view that, if used properly, can be a great tool for nurturing leads through the conversion process. The 'activities' functionality is also a very vital part of my day-to-day operations, checking in to see what leads/companies I need to follow up with at any given time, and planning/forecasting when my next check point should be. Fantastic user interface and wonderful for the salesperson
What do you like best? Pipedrive makes it really easy and FUN to manage your pipeline as a frontline contributor. The UI is gorgeous, it's fast, and it's so intuitive. What do you dislike? As a platform, it's just nowhere near salesforce (of course. Buggy and Unreliable
What do you like best? Visual Pipeline View - Although could use overhaul What do you dislike? Very buggy - to do lists malfunction, pages load slowly, email chains sometimes won't attach with BCC or email integration. This is a very subpar CRM IMHO. I was a salesforce user and only used the basic functions to manage deals. I really don't know how this CRM got some great reviews. Maybe for a company that is in less than 50 prospects at a time? What do you like best? The way in which the leads can be distributed from Cold to Warm to Hot is awesome What do you dislike? The User Interface can be a region for improvement.
