super adaptable and easy crm
What do you like best? I like best the possibilities to adapt and set up nearly all of the fields and the pipelines. we can model our own pipeline-process. What do you dislike? i do not like that, if using the pipeline overview, you can loose the overview easily. but i think that is not a big disadvantage. Juste parfait !

What do you like best? Pipedrive is the best assistant you can have. With the tool I never more lost one communication with one client or any feedback. You have all informations you need in desktop or mobile, all calls is included in the history, emails, proposals - you have all informations in your hand. I love pipedrive
What do you like best? Ease of use, email tagging is HUGE. super fast. The map feature is great to see my other prospects/customers that are close. Entering in new accounts, people is so easy and only takes a few clicks. Customer service is great, had one issue in the last 10 months of using the product and it was resolved in less than 24 hours. Excellent Sales Tool
What do you like best? The intuitive visual sales pipelines are excellent. They are so simple to understand, meaning it takes very little to get a sales person set up and using Pipedrive. What do you dislike? PipeDrive is a wonderful tool.
I think its a wonderful tool that makes it so much easier to keep an overview of all your contacts. Working in a small newspaper, I've seen the usefulness of PipeDrive. In the future I've had great use for it in my work as a journalist, and I hope this tool can be further developed to service many fields of business.

Only the part of sales analysis isn´t good
Only the part of sales analysis isn´t good. I have to create a lot of filters to manage my sales team, but the rest it´s perfect.Excelent for manage the daily salesman activities.
