What do you like best? Search is excellent. It picks up on all key words -- even from my notes. It's saved me a few times! I also love that I can review attachments that were included in my emails. Fast and easy to reference. What do you dislike? I think the continuous email string could be tightened up. With a few clients, I might have 20 emails back and forth in one day and over a course of a month 400 emails. Hard to sift through those emails sometimes. Recommendations to others ...

At last I found CRM to replace my own

Making my day neat and tidy!
What do you like best? I enjoy the fact that each morning I wake up, Pipedrive has itemized my daily schedule for me. I know what my day looks like before I even get out of bed! What do you dislike? I love it!
What do you like best? Pipedrive organizes my prospects, people I want to get in touch with, follow-ups, reminds me of my important dates and deliverables. What do you dislike? I would like to assign team members to certain deals without having to pay for aditional users, as these cases are very specific. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have the statistics of everything I sell.

Incredibly Easy to Use
What do you like best? Visually and intuitively easy to operate. No need to spend a lot of time training employees because the platform makes it so easy to use.
