Pipedrive allows for quite a bit of customization which gives us the ability to add customer boat information as well as product info. What do you like best? The best thing on Pipedrive is the sales funnel management. You can see your business in a simple and objective way. Great Service

What do you like best? Pipedrive is easy to use and stay organized. I would recommend it to anyone. What do you dislike? There is nothing I dislike. I mainly use it for storing new contacts made through business development and reminders for follow up and it's perfect. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Helps to keep organized and set reminders as well as sync with email and calendar.

Very usefull CRM

What do you like best? The possibility to quickly manage my accounts. What do you dislike? It might get a little slow sometimes, but nothing that a quick refresh won't fix. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Perfect follow-up of prospects.

What do you like best? I really enjoy Pipedrive's flexibility. We are using it for a number of different groups internally and have it customized for each. The import feature is great as well. What do you dislike? I don't have any major complaints. In software in general I always like more options and Pipedrive seems to have everything I need.
