Easy to use, non bloated interface
What do you like best? It's very easy to use, we did integrate all leads entering our website so we could call them straight away when they signed up. What do you dislike? incoming email retrieval is a feature that is paid separately. otherwise if you don't want to pay extra you have to forward incoming emails from your inbox to pipedrives custom email. Pipedrive is simple and effective
What do you like best? The pipeline and the dashboard of that crm is just amazingly well designed. I save an enormous amount of time using Pipedrive. What do you dislike? I would like to see more settings and customizable fields on reports. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I save alot of time using the app on mobile and on my computer.

A great sales friend
What do you like best? Having tried other CRM systems, I find it easy to say that Pipedrive is a great friend in preparing and executing my sales strategy. Why? Because it is very easy to use and update, call it intuitive. It works cross platform. It offers a clear overview and interfaces with my email and calendar applications. Closed more deals with Pipedrive
Pipedrive is an excellent CRM that really helped me manage my deals along the various stages of my pipeline. The intuitive and easy to use nature of the platform made it a dream to use on a daily basis! I highly recommend Pipedrive to any sales professional who is looking to better manage their deals and close more business.

Simple to use with the sales cycle easy to track
What do you like best? The feature I like the best is the ability to set times in each stage when a deal starts rotting, and it is displayed in red so I know it is overdue for me to take an action and follow-up that deal. What do you dislike? Organized process, best results

Great for sales motivation, logging actions, setting goals and analyzing the outcome
What do you like best? I like the best Pipedrive's logic that you are pushed very intuitively to think actions, time and value to each lead. What do you dislike? It has so many features it is sometimes hard to find out if an idea we have is possible to reach within Pipedrive. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping sufficient amount of leads flowing within time-frame. Managing sales team progress.

Best CRM around for the first time user or small company
What do you like best? Pipedrive is very easy to set up, modify for your own purposes and begin using. The flexibility you have to configure the system to your own needs is outstanding. What do you dislike? Nothing to dislike. The things I would improve seem to be addressed with each new update.
