Simple to use, but simply lacks features

What do you like best? It is intuitive to use, doesn't have unnecessary fields that a lot of other CRMs have What do you dislike? It does lack a few important features like job title for contacts. So good, we build integration from our product to it

I have been using Pipedrive for several years now. Or actually, I don't have to use it much, as it does not require much to keep our pipeline organised. What do you like best? I liked the idea of being able to track all of my leads and where they are in the Sales Funnel at any given time. The more funnels you add the better you get at them. What do you like best? Usability and user interface are great and make your day-to-day work easy and smooth, especially activities (tasks. I come from 5 years of Salesforce which were far from memorable, from a number of reasons (this isn't a judgment of Salesforce's worth. Using Pipedrive as a Student Association

What do you like best? Integration with gmail inbox, customising abilities of the pipeline What do you dislike? The price/user doesn't drop when having multiple users Recommendations to others considering the product Put all settings right before starting to extensively use the CRM. My pipeline is visible!

What do you like best? I like that my sales pipelines are visible and its easy to manage follow up, which we all know is the biggest risk in any funnel. Its easy to use and when I reach out to them for help, they are always helpful and resolve my questions/issues. What do you dislike? There is no way to run a report on all pipelines together. Probably the best CRM system I've used so far

What do you like best? Simplicity!! What makes it so good, is that it is so simple to use - we've implemented it in our firm going from no CRM to Pipedrive and everyone was onboard super quickly.
