Great tool to follow your leads along the sales funnel
What do you like best? Pipedrive gives you a great overview of your leads and their development along the sales funnel. Plus leads are asigned to respective sales reps, so that double contacts can be avoided. What do you dislike? The specific pipedrive BCC to redirect emails to the CRM tool is a bit primitive and much more complicated than in tools like HubSpot. Good for an extremely basic CRM
What do you like best? For a medium size agency with a very small business development team, having a "free" CRM was extremely beneficial in terms of overhead. It fulfilled our needs on a very basic level: log and track a lead, and predict revenue based on the values assigned to deals. What do you dislike? Trello on steroids
What do you like best? Has good pipeline features for estimating cost across phases. Tried other add-one like email and notifications. What do you dislike? Doesn't improve sales pipeline experience enough to continue using long term. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? More efficient sales tracking.

Pipedrive: the cheaper alternative to Salesforce.com
What do you like best? Pipedrive does everything that salesforce does for a much lower price of $12/Monthly with UNLIMITED LIVE SUPPORT and I am a ONE MAN SHOP, NOT a Fortune 100 firm with 1,000 + Licenses. Pipedrive is EVERYTHING I've been looking for in a CRM!
What do you like best? I'm at association events and meetings all day, when I'm done I just see who are my clients nearby on the mobile app and start doing office visits, It's that easy. Also, I like that it shows me the last time I've talked to someone. Since I'm in a service industry I have repeat clients that I need to stay in front of consistently and Pipedrive helps me do just that! What do you dislike? Easy to use!
What do you like best? The entire CRM is web based. This allows for easy access and navigation. The interface is very user friendly and I was able to pick it up within minutes. What do you dislike? I cannot place follow ups directly into my outlook calendar, however pipedrive does email me to remind me of my follow ups. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to track deals in all stages of the sales process.

Fast CRM
What do you like best? It has all the bells and whistles you would expect from a CRM. The best is it's quick learning curve. I also like bcc to the notes. What do you dislike? The capability to add leads via a digital marketing campaign and/or lead generation when a specific action is done from a user. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping track of sales, revenue, and notes.

Powerful CRM and sales pipeline without unnecessary features
What do you like best? Simple interface is easy to use and customizable for our needs. Both the desktop and iOS apps are a pleasure to use. Our sales team wanted a software that didn't get in the way of their already hectic workflow and Pipedrive nailed it. What do you dislike? Hard to come up with any negatives. The webform could be more customizable. Beside naming the required entries fields, there's no way to import our logo or a url for the lead to click back to the website. What ...
