Great Sales Tool
I started using Pipedrive over a year ago and encouraged my company and entire sales team to join me. We love the product, it has helped me develop better sales habits and significantly increased my productivity. With the Pipedrive mobile app it puts all my contacts at my finger tips while I'm on the go. I would recommend this to any sales team looking for affordable sales CRM.

I love Pipedrive. But always we can improve.
Pipedrive is very focused in sales and numbers, this is whats we need in my company. I just miss functions that is not linked with de pipes, for example: I need to know how many activities one user did, if it is linked to a deal or not. How many calls my SDR did this week?

I am not a sales person by training--I am a clinician, but we do provide services to customers, and we needed a way to keep potential new clients engaged with follow-up calls and visits.
