Easy to Use minimal options
What do you like best? Easy to use and navigate. When creating views you can select different filters to customize and add a note field giving a quick snapshot of your customers What do you dislike? Reporting is minimal. It is hard to get an idea of where you are and where you stand against your colleagues in a detailed manner Recommendations to others considering the product Use filters available when organizing data. Desktop version great; mobile version poor
What do you like best? the desktop version is easy to navigate, with easy to view pipelines, the ability to make notes, schedule activities and link up email communications. What do you dislike? the mobile versions on iphone and ipad are very poor. Hard to view your own deals, notes, activities etc. Recommendations to others considering the product if relying on mobile version, best not use and get used to the desktop version as you'll be disappointed. You Don't Actually Need Salesforce
What do you like best? Lots of integrations with other marketing platforms/tools. Good depth of usage for true power users but still simple enough to benefit small sales operations. Project Management Platform
For new lead and database management I love Pipedrive, Ive actually converted the whole team at work to using it. Being able to report across pipelines is great. My one reservation would be a better project management tool so that we can use one platform for project planning and then lead management, which is the end result of all projects.
